“Truly, the greatest gift you
have to give is that of your own
self-transformation”

— Lao-tzu

Isn’t it time you evolve?

Hi, I’m Lynn.

I am passionate about guiding people to the threshold of a new experience — to find out what is possible in their lives: to feel fully rested and nourished; to experience greater mental focus and clarity; to feel strong and supple and healthy; to age with ease and beauty and acceptance; and to live a happy and healthy life along the way.

After 45 years on the path, I have learned that evolution is a process, one where we learn to focus on the journey and watch as it naturally guides us to the goal. The journey is everything and in some ways, endless. At each new revelation, the way we view the world changes, the horizon shifts and we see anew. Our consciousness expands. We evolve and so does the journey.

What’s Possible?

What IS actually possible for you in terms of health, energy, clarity, strength, focus and ease?
What I’ve learned is that we don’t actually know what is possible. We live with and in our limited experience and believe that it is the full extent of what’s possible. And that is a covering of consciousness. Here, we use the practices of Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama coupled with the wisdom of Ayurveda, to expand this limited idea, remove the coverings and experience what is truly possible: strength, ease, balance, depth, clarity, nourishment, connection, and vibrant health. In short, we move from a model of lack and limitation to one that is inclusive of fullness, gratitude and our ever expanding potential. Isn’t that why we are here?

Drop into the process. Fall in love with the journey. You were not put on this earth to remain stagnant.

Discover Your Potential Lynn

Every individual is unique and so is each process of personal evolution. I’m here to help initiate, guide and support you in that process. May the fruits of our practice and growth, in some small way, contribute to the evolution of humanity and the planet.

Let’s chart your evolution:

Align

How are we aligned?

In our in-tention? In our yoga poses? In our desire to learn and change and evolve and experience what is truly possible?

Nourish

We learn what nourishes us, in our bodies, our minds, our hearts. We learn that nourishment is so much more than just what we eat and drink, and relates to so much more than just the physical body.

Cultivate

As we embrace these practices, we begin to cultivate a deeper awareness and understanding of our latent potential, of the totality of who we are. We grow. And like a garden, that is cultivated over time, we evolve and blossom. We experience real, tangible results, the fruits of our practice.

Heal

As we build consistency in our practices, we can begin to heal on a very deep level. Whether it’s chronic pain or illness in the physical, or old patterns and mental constructs that have held us back for years, the old can dissolve and allow full awareness, health, clarity and inherent joy to replace old patterns that no longer serve us.

Harmonize

As our practices deepen, our physical and subtle bodies begin to harmonize… Like an instrument that has been out of tune, there is a refinement as the physical, pranic, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies are tuned and harmonize.

Refine

Evolution is a process. We expand, learn, change and with that evolution comes clearer vision, vision to see that we can continually refine our practices, our perspective, our consciousness.

Awaken

Many would say that all evolution leads, inevitably, to awakening from the dream to discover who we truly are, awakening to the gifts and the Grace that is present in our lives.

Reviews

I have tried several yoga classes in Los Angeles but none compare to Lynn’s. She gives a top notch class that I come back to week after week, year after year. When I began, I had weak, sore wrists, back pain, and hips that were nearly fused shut. Lynn has taught me so much about how my muscles and joints work and she has shown me what I need to do on a regular basis to prevent pain and discomfort.
